EaCoFin Private Equity provides Underwriting services for associated entities and their commercial clients. 

In that we are not looking to actively acquire underwriting clients directly ourselves.  Our underwriting services are provided to and by the Sachs Warburgh Finance Group.

Securities underwriting

Securities underwriting is the way to provide access to either equity or debt capital.

EaCoFin places newly issued security, such as stocks or bonds, directly with investors. We organize a syndicate (as the lead-managers), underwrite the transaction, and take on a partial risk of distributing the securities. Real Estate underwriting

Real Estate underwriting is the way to provide access to either equity or debt capital for the development of specific real estate ventures, i.e. projection and development of a multi-tenanted commercial property or hotel / resort development.

Again we work through the Sachs Warburgh Finance Group to deal with individual clients.
