Eacofin has recently been appointed Investment Manager for the KL Invest LLC (A Fixed Income Fund) as well as the Trading Manager for the Keystone Select Futures Fund (both sponsored by AXIOM Global Investors LLC).

EaCoFin Private Equity is the result of dedicated professionals working together to create Investor Value since 1920. The then East Coast Finance Corp. dedicated itself to provide innovative investment solutions to its private and corporate clientele.

Since then we are 100% privately owned and independent in all our transactions.

After we have successfully navigated the Financial Crisis that started in 2008 and still affects businesses today we have divested ourselves from all participations that do not serve our core business.
We have separated our Private Client Investment Services into AXIOM Heritage Equity Group which consists of AXIOM Global FinConsult B.V./LLC and AXIOM Global Investors LLC.

For all our Services either through AXIOM or EaCoFin directly (like Loan Funding or for our Commercial Paper and Underwriting) we provide surety through our own captive insurer The Equitable Debenture Indemnity Corp. (which operates in Europe / MEA through EUROPA Kreditversicherungs N.V.)
